A Full Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Store Credit
Store credit is provided as a code by email, with no expiry date.
How Long Does It Take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Store credit codes are typically issued the same day the return is approved.
What Qualifies for a Refund?
To be eligible for a refund or store credit:
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, without damage or strong scents).
The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery and sent back no later than 14 days after approval.
Shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Gift cards or store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Items returned in used or damaged condition may not qualify for a refund.
